Due to the growing popularity of the Utah Winter Finance Conference, space is limited for audience participants. Our policy is to give first priority to program participants and second priority to previous years participants.
To potentially reserve a place in the 2025 conference for previous participants, we must receive your $640 conference fee* before December 15, 2024. After that date, participation at the conference will be available on a first-come basis, given available space. We will deposit your check if we have a spot for you. We hope to accommodate as many interested participants as possible, while preserving a highly successful format. Small processing fees will be applied for ACH or Credit Card payments.

Sending your completed registration form AND check by mail potentially holds a spot. If oversubscribed, we will return checks to those not admitted to the program as an attendee.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation after January 1st is subject to a $100 cancellation penalty. Cancellation after January 10th but before January 25th is subject to a $200 penalty. Participants who cancel after January 25th will not receive a refund for their conference fee.
